Fisher Community Unit School District prepares students in a small, rural, community environment for success in the larger, rapidly changing, and diverse society. Our #1 priority is to provide what is best for each student, especially a superior education, producing student achievement levels that are among the very best in the state of Illinois.

Fisher Community Unit School District #1 serves students located in Fisher, Illinois and the surrounding townships: Brown, Condit, Newcomb, and East Bend.

Fisher Community Unit District #1 is a K-12 school district. It is comprised of a K-6 grade school and a junior-senior high school. The district has a current enrollment of 601 students. Most students continue their education after high school taking advantage of the close proximity of the secondary education facilities. Students have performed well scoring above the state averages on the IAR (Illinois Assessment of Readiness), PSAT, and SAT.
